Preconstruction Planning
Good construction starts with a solid foundation. That’s true of the work itself, but also the planning that goes into any construction job.
The planning period of construction is known as pre construction, and sounds planning will be imperative to the success of the finished project. There are many pre construction planning stages that a contractor will need to work through to ensure that a project goes smoothly. The point of pre construction planning is to think of everything, including the pre construction costs and pre construction services, then go over it again.
The pre construction checklist should include every possible scenario and contingency that the team may encounter during a project. This plan is formed through a mix of expertise and experience, but the final plan will be completely unique to the specific job.

Construction
Management
All construction projects rely on skilled construction experts to bring a project through to successful completion. Most often, professional construction managers work on capital projects; these are generally lengthy, large-scale, complex, high budget undertakings.
At its core, a capital project is made up of three parties (excluding the CM):

The Owner, who commissions and subsequently funds the project.

The Architect, who designs the project.

The General Contractor, who oversees day-to-day construction operations and manages specialized subcontractors.
These parties perform vastly different functions from one another, and in most cases, come from different organizations. Few owners have the skills or staff to pay close, continuing attention to all the details – details that can make or break a project. Instead, owners turn to construction managers/project managers (CMs) who pay close attention to project details to ensure success.
A Construction Manager (CM) skillfully collaborates with and provides oversight to the owner, the architect, the general contractor, trade contractors and/or subcontractors to deliver the project on time, at or under budget, and to the owner's expected standard of quality. Professional CMs provide services that differ from general contractors or constructors. They typically do not perform the actual construction tasks themselves, but either act as advisors directly to the owner overseeing construction contracts or operate “at risk”, being contractually obligated for delivering the entire project. Either way, a CM is charged with assuring the project progresses smoothly and achieves the owner’s business objectives.

This business has it’s our vision and mission to provide unlimited income and help every families to achieve their dreams to have their own house and lot and to help them to invest in a right investment. Our objectives is to be a lending top seller in project selling and later become one of the developer / and construction builders.
Since we see that most of the developer cannot immediately deliver residential unit that we sell in a given period of time because of lack of manpower and contractor in a construction, we decided to enter in the construction business that offers services in civil and architectural works.
